Scope of Work: Concierge Masonry Service This work order covers the structural restoration and aesthetic integration of the specified masonry wall segment. Stonebrook’s "Build-Ready" approach ensures that even minor repairs are executed to the same engineering standards as our estate master plans.

Included Services:

• Mobilization & Site Prep: Deployment of masonry specialists, site protection, and specialized equipment setup.

• Structural Reset: Precision cleaning and high-strength mortar resetting of (3) CMU blocks to ensure load-bearing integrity.

• Cap Stone Integration: Leveling, bonding, and permanent remounting of the existing masonry cap.

• Site Finishing: Debris removal and site cleanup to Stonebrook "Property Evolution" standards.
