This project is the ultimate case study for our 'Build-Ready' philosophy. We began by engineering a complex structural vault to house a prefab shipping container pool, integrated seamlessly within precision-designed masonry retaining walls.
Because the initial Phase 1 master plan accounted for future utility corridors and site grading, we were able to evolve the estate without compromise. We recently initiated Phase 2—the construction of a modern structural garden office—integrated into the existing site without disturbing the original investment.
