This project is the ultimate case study for our 'Build-Ready' philosophy. We began by engineering a complex structural vault to house a prefab shipping container pool, integrated seamlessly within precision-designed masonry retaining walls.
Because the initial Phase 1 master plan accounted for future utility corridors and site grading, we were able to evolve the estate without compromise. We recently initiated Phase 2—the construction of a modern structural garden office—integrated into the existing site without disturbing the original investment. At Stonebrook, we believe the best part of a home happens after the sun sets. This Fire-side Lounge was engineered to be the ultimate backyard retreat—a place for storytelling and connecting with those who matter most.
What makes this project unique is its hidden engineering. To maximize the family’s usable space, we designed the custom masonry fireplace to serve a dual role as a structural retaining wall. By integrating the hearth directly into the property’s topography, we created a permanent sanctuary that is as robust as it is inviting. This is the hallmark of our 'Build-Ready' approach: solving complex site challenges with elegant, family-centered solutions.
