Betty’s Last Roll

Betty is big but graceful, rugged yet elegant, stubborn while eager to please.  She is 70 years old, 50 feet long, and is destined to get a huge makeover.  She is currently a storage shed on wheels, but her owner has big plans to turn her into a back yard ADU.  Our focus is on creating a beautiful home for Betty, who will in turn become a beautiful home for some lucky human.

A few years ago, Betty was found under a freeway overpass and moved to the yard with two tow trucks, some expert maneuvering, and a little luck.  Today we moved her to her final spot in the yard. It wasn’t a huge move, about 15 feet, enough to align her main entry door with the main back yard path.  But I don’t see her moving again.  Maybe ever.
